The company

Kadro was born in an HR department, not in a lab

Before writing a single line of code, we spent six months inside the HR departments of small companies. The picture never changed: a shared spreadsheet nobody dares to edit, an inbox that floods every June, and no reliable answer to "who is here in August?".

So we built a deliberately narrow tool. It files, approves and counts absences. No recruiting module, no dashboard nobody opens — software your managers use for one minute a week and then close.

Does Kadro replace our leave spreadsheet?

Yes. You import your current balances as a CSV during onboarding, then everything updates on its own: each approval debits the right counter, with no double entry.

Where is our data hosted?

In France, with a French hosting provider. Kadro is GDPR compliant, you remain the owner of your data and you can export all of it as a single file at any time.

Do you handle time off in lieu, seniority and split leave?

Yes. French rules are built in: paid leave, time off in lieu, seniority days, family-event leave, split-leave bonuses and regional public holidays.

How long does setup take?

About 48 hours. We import your employees, carry over current balances and configure approval routes with you over a video call.

Can Kadro connect to our payroll software?

Kadro generates an export compatible with Silae, Sage and PayFit. On the Enterprise plan it is sent automatically on the date you set.
