FAQ
What people ask before they start
How long does it take to go live?
Around ten minutes: your services and their durations, your opening hours, and syncing the calendar you already use. Your booking page is online by the end of the setup wizard.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. The Solo plan is free with no time limit and asks for no payment method. You only enter one if you move to Pro or Team, or if you switch on deposit collection.
What happens when a client cancels?
The slot is released to other clients immediately and you get a notification. If the cancellation comes after the notice period you set, the deposit stays with you; before that, it is refunded automatically.
Can I manage several practitioners or locations?
Yes, on the Team plan: one diary per practitioner, separate services and hours, several addresses, and a shared view for whoever runs the front desk.
Is my data hosted in France?
Yes, with a French host, encrypted at rest and in transit. You can export all of your data or delete your account whenever you like.
Can I bring my old diary across?
Upcoming appointments and your client list import from Google Calendar, Outlook or a CSV file. Support will do it with you if the file is an unusual one.
