I work alone — is this not oversized for me?
That is the original use case. Half our accounts are freelancers tracking between 15 and 60 clients. The Solo plan exists for exactly that.
Can I import my spreadsheet?
Yes. Drop in your Excel or CSV file, say which column means what, and the pipeline fills up. Around five minutes for 300 rows.
Where is my data?
On servers in Gravelines, France, run by a French host. No client data leaves the European Union, and you can export everything in one click.
What happens after the 14 days?
Nothing automatic: no card is requested for the trial. If you do not pick a plan, the account becomes read-only and your data stays available for six months.
Do you handle invoicing?
Klientis issues compliant quotes and invoices, with continuous numbering and legal mentions. For full bookkeeping we export to the formats your accountant expects.
